How to schedule your deliveries with the Order Scheduling module?

This article explains, step by step, how to create a schedule, following the validation of a scenario

By clicking on the Order Scheduling menu, you will find all the planned models in the Forecast section.

You can also find a particular model by activating the filters provided for this purpose:

Then click on the arrow on the right to see the scheduling screen:

In order to calculate the optimal timing of your deliveries, Product Autopilot needs the information you enter in the following fields:
  • The minimum quantities imposed by your supplier for the first order, as well as the following orders
  • The desired delivery date in the warehouse before the implementation of your products in the shops (expressed in weeks)
  • The stock cover required for the initial implementation and restocking

Then click on "Launch Schedule" to see the deliveries and stock movements planned by Product Autopilot over the entire life of your product:

How to read the graph?
  • Warehouse stock : in dark blue are your weekly stocks planned in your warehouse
  • Store stock : the expected stock in your shops is in light blue
  • Ecommerce stock : the expected stock for your online shop in purple
  • Expected sale : the green curve indicates the sales forecast as validated in the "Forecast" menu
  • Threshold : the yellow curve indicates the stock threshold below which you will be considered as out of stock. Autopilot therefore provides a new rate each time you exceed it

Our algorithms have planned the delivery of the 10517 pieces forecasted thanks to the "Forecast" module and have divided them into 7 deliveries allowing to cover the sale of the 25 weeks forecasted by your PLM:

Product Autopilot allows you to manually modify the planned deliveries.

You can delete a delivery by clicking on the basket, or modify the quantities by clicking on “Update”

By entering a new quantity in the first field, Product Autopilot immediately recalculates the new distribution to the size of your delivery. Click on confirm to save this modification.

The total quantity has been updated and so have your new deliveries!

You can also add a new delivery to this schedule by activating the "+" button. Enter the desired delivery week and the desired quantity!

By clicking on "Save scenario", your schedule will change to "Done".

That's it! Your product is scheduled!
